balcony. There is a hiking and biking path that sides the house
and goes for miles thru pristine desert with Giant Saguaro Cactus and
lush vegitation.
Home is located in a golf course
subdivision and there is a heated community pool, basketball courts,
children's play area, tennis, walking trails and nature trails nearby.
Most rooms have ceiling fans and home has a reverse osmosis water
system. All furniture is in new condition including
washer/dryer/microwave. The home has a king bed in the master.
The other bedrooms have a queen, double and twin bunk beds. There
are also 2 futons in the family room. The home will comfortably sleep

Rates
Terms:
50% deposit to reserve the home plus 50% due 30 days prior to your
stay. Both deposits are non-refundable but dates can be changed.
Rates do not include 4.65% Scottsdale City Bed Tax info for stays under
one month/1.65% for over a month or $200 cleaning fee ($300 Cleaning
fee for dogs + Additional security deposit).
