Rates do not include 4.65% Scottsdale City Bed Tax info for stays under one month/1.65% for over a month or $200 cleaning fee ($300 Cleaning fee for dogs + Additional security deposit).
Terms: 50% deposit to reserve the home plus 50% due 30 days prior to
your stay. Both deposits are non-refundable but dates can be
changed.
